What’s not included
To stay within the Service à la Personne scheme (private individuals only), the following are not offered:
- Risky tree surgery, felling and large/high hedges
- Major landscaping, garden creation and design
- Construction, earthworks and heavy works
- House clearance and removals
- Plumbing, electrical work, heating and gas
- Roof cleaning and anything that needs working at height
- Prohibited chemical weed treatments

All prices are shown including tax (TTC). The figure after “≈” is an indicative cost if the 50% French tax credit applies to you. Some garden maintenance services may be eligible for the French 50% tax credit under the Service à la Personne (SAP) system, for eligible French tax residents. Please ask if you are unsure — this is general information, not personal tax advice. Payment is by bank transfer or cheque.

For regular mowing it pays to stay local, so I keep to Coëx and about 15 minutes around — Landevieille, Lac du Jaunay, Saint-Julien-des-Landes, La Chapelle-Hermier and Apremont — including holiday-home lawns and authorised plots.
